How MBSS operates with its employees
After a successful initial interview, individuals become daily temporary employees with MBSS. Each day they are available to work, employees must log in to the MBSS website by 5 a.m. to indicate their availability. When a suitable position becomes available, MBSS will contact employees via call and text with work site information. Employees are then required to check in at the assigned work site and begin their work day. At the end of the work day, employees notify MBSS of their completion, and MBSS will process payment for their services. In some cases, MBSS may also assist with transportation and gas money to help employees get to the work site. It is important to note that logging in daily does not guarantee work.

We make the hiring process for temporary employees easy. We begin with an initial interview, where we thoroughly assess the candidate's skills and abilities. Following this, we conduct reference and background checks, and when required, we also perform drug testing.
